• Delivery Areas
  We deliver products in Nairobi and across Kenya. Some remote or hard-to-reach locations may incur extra charges.

• Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery in Nairobi: 1-2 business days

  • Nationwide delivery:  1-3 business days

  • Time for custom or large installations (electric fences, automatic gates, etc.) will be communicated after assessment.

• Shipping Costs

  • is Flat rate of Kes 600.

  • For bulky or heavy items, special transport fees may apply.

• Order Processing
  Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. For custom installations, site visits may be required.

• Tracking
  Where possible, we will provide tracking or contact details. For installations or service visits, we’ll schedule with you in advance.

• Delays
  We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure, customs, or third-party courier issues, but will communicate as soon as possible.
